Tiger Balm White Ointment

Tiger Balm can be used by adults and children over 2 years old to temporarily relieve minor muscle pain. Tiger Balm can also be used by adults only for the treatment of tension headaches. This is the kind of headache you can have when your head, neck and shoulder muscles become tense due to fatigue, overwork, or emotional tension. If you are unsure if you have a tension headache, contact your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

For muscle pain (Adults and children aged 2 years and older): Gently rub on the affected parts of the skin if necessary, usually 2 or 3 times a day. If your condition does not improve after two weeks or worsens, consult a doctor.

For tension headaches (Adults only): Apply the ointment to the forehead or temples and rub lightly in a circular motion. You need to use a pea-sized amount of ointment, just enough to cover the area to be treated. Repeat this application after 30 minutes and after an hour if your headache has not improved. If your symptoms last continuously for 24 hours or if they return within the next 7 days, consult a doctor. If you are unsure if you have tension headaches, contact your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
